This website is operated by the photographer named in the legal notice, based in Costa da Caparica, Portugal (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this site and how it’s used.
What I collect
Contact form: name, email address, and any message content submitted. Used only to respond to enquiries.
Orders: name, email, shipping address and what you ordered — used to make, ship and invoice your print. Card payments are handled by Stripe; I never see your card details.
Analytics: only if enabled, and only with your consent via the cookie banner — standard usage data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, time on site).
Legal basis
Contact form data is processed based on consent given when the form is submitted. Order data is processed to fulfil the purchase contract. Analytics data is processed only with consent.
Data sharing
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the providers needed to run the service (payment, shipping, analytics if enabled), under their own privacy terms.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) — cnpd.pt.
Cookies
The site remembers your digital / analogue choice in a small first-party cookie. Analytics cookies, if ever used, are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.
